Ardei si dovlecei umpluti cu carne / Stuffed peppers and zucchini

Pentru aceasta reteta avem nevoie de : aproximativ 2 kilograme de ardei si unul de dovlecei, 500 grame carne tocata (porc, pui, vita, dupa preferinte), 200 gr orez, 3 cepe, ulei, rosii, 1 ou, suc de rosii, cimbru, sare, piper.

For this recipe we need: about 2 kg of pepper and one of zucchini, 500 grams of minced meat (pork, chicken, beef, ), 200 g rice, 3 onions, oil, tomatoes, 1 egg, tomato juice, thyme, salt and pepper.

Mod de preparare: curatati ardeii si dovleceii de cotoare si seminte. Taiati ceapa, alegeti orezul si amestecati-le cu carnea tocata, condimentele dupa gust si oul batut. Umpleti ardeii si dovleceii cu aceasta compozitie. Taiati rosiile pentru a face capacele ardeilor si dovleceilor. Asezati ardeii si dovleceii intr-o cratita, adaugati apa sa ii acoperiti, ulei si sos de tomate. Se servesc calzi cu sos si smantana deasupra. Pofta buna!
