Salata de fructe

Avem nevoie de : portocale, mere, banane, kiwi.

We need: some oranges, apples, bananas and kiwis.
Le taiem in bucatele marunte. Si le amestecam cu frisca.

Chop them and combine them with whip cream.

Savarina

Avem nevoie de: faina, drojdie, zahar.

We need: flour, sediment, sugar.
Lapte.

Milk.
Patru oua.

Four eggs.
Amestecam drojdia cu putin lapte caldut si zahar.

Mix the sediment with sugar and warm milk.
Amestecam faina cu unt, oua si drojdie.

Mix the flour with butter, eggs and sediment.
Adaugam si zaharul si o esenta de rom.

Add the sugar and the rum.
Amestecam bine pana obtinem un amestec omogen.

Mix it well until you obtain a smooth and buttery paste.
Ungeti o cratita cu ulei.

Grease a pan with oil.
Tapetati-o cu pesmet.

Add rusk on it.
Puneti compozitia in cratita.

Pour the buttery paste in the pan.
Si lasati-o la cuptor cam 25-30 de minute.

And leave it in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Taiati cu un pahar mijlocul aluatului.

Insert a glass in the middle of the cake.
Bateti frisca.

Make the whip cream.
Taiati aluatul in doua; insiropati-l; puneti la mijloc dulceata de visine si ornati totul cu frisca.

Cut the cake in half'; pour sirup (water, sugar, rum) on each half; in the middle of the cake put the sour cherry jam and decorate everything with whip cream.

Sarmale / stuffed cabbage rolls

Pentru sarmale aveti nevoie de:
varza murata
1 kg de carne tocata
3 cepe
o ceasca de orez
bulion, sare, piper

Ingredients:
sauerkraut
1 kilo minced meat
3 onions
a cup of rice
tomato sauce, salt, pepper.
Amestecati orezul, carnea tocata, ceapa calita, bulionul si condimentele.

Mix the rice, the minced meat, the chopped onions, tomato sauce, salt and pepper..
Infasurati compozitia in foi de varza, acoperiti cu apa si lasati-le la foc mic.

  Pack this composition in sauerkraut leafs and boil it

Salata boeuf

Fierbeti legumele: morcovii si cartofii.

Boil the vegetables: the carrots and the potatoes.

Fierbeti si carnea: dupa preferinte, carne de pui sau de porc.

Boil the meat too: chicken or pork.
Pentru maioneza: fierbeti 2 oua, alegeti galbenusul si amestecati cu inca un galbenus crud.

For the mayonnaise: boil two eggs, and mix their yolk with a raw yolk.
Amestecati galbenusurile in acelasi sens cu ulei pe care il adaugati treptat, sare si lamaie stoarsa.

Mix the yellows with oil, salt and lemon juice.
Taiati legumele si carnea, amestecati-le cu muraturi taiate(dupa gust) si maioneza.

Chop the boiled vegetables and meat, add chopped pickles and mayonnaise.
